My Conclusion

I highly recommend the 6 Minutes to Skinny program for anyone who wants to lose the fat in a healthy manner and does not want to spend 30 minutes to an hour working out everyday.  I think this is perfect for those who don’t like to workout but know that they need to get daily exercise to stay fit and healthy.  The 4 minute workouts are intense but they go quickly and you will feel a huge sense of accomplishment when you’re done – at least I know I do.
